Does France Deserve to Burn?
Selwyn Duke
In 1811, Joseph de Maistre, a French philosopher who detested the French Revolution, famously said: "People get the government they deserve.”
In light of recent events in France and elsewhere, however, something else comes to mind: Do people get the riots they deserve, too? Maybe—sometimes.
Now, I’ll preface my remarks by saying that I really do hope France channels its inner Napoleon and rights the ship. And were I in charge there, I assure you the rioting miscreants would meet their Waterloo in short order. (If the Duke of Wellington can do it, so can the Duke of Westchester. I do proffer my services, too, but I require the same deal the Roman Republic offered during crises: A man would be appointed dictator for a specified time to restore normality, endowed with extraordinary powers and largely free from the usual legal constraints—wink.) But a thought occurred to me the other day.
Just two years ago France became the world’s first nation to explicitly guarantee a "right to abortion” in its constitution. Approximately 85 percent of Frenchmen supported the amendment, President Emmanuel Macron characterized the move as "French pride,” and the Eiffel Tower "was lit up in celebration, with the message: ‘My Body My Choice,’” wrote the BBC at the time.
Note here, though, what France’s constitution does not guarantee: freedom of speech — at least, not really. The document does claim it’s protected, but then adds the caveat, "except to answer for the abuse of this freedom in cases determined by law.” Translation:
You’re free to say anything—that the government allows you to say.
So you can, and people are (see Brigitte Bardot et al.), punished for Hate Speech™ in France. So watch your mouth. But if you want to kill an unborn baby, well, Brie Brother is there with bells on (though not church bells; those have been replaced with the adhan.)
And, no, this isn’t "just” about prenatal infanticide. That’s actually a symptom of a deeper problem: lack of virtue. Another symptom of it is the riots themselves.
Philosopher G.K. Chesterton once noted (I’m paraphrasing) that the problem nowadays is that Christian values are floating around detached from one another. Consequently, we have scientists who care only about Truth, but have no pity; and humanitarians who care only about pity, but have no Truth. Today we’re heavy on the (pseudo)humanitarians, the woke capons and clucking-Karen hens who are tough with babies in the womb but melt before foreign invaders in the streets.
But they’re short on "Christian values” (virtues, really) because they’re short on Christianity, and this is because they shorted it more than two centuries ago.
If your knowledge of the French Revolution (1789) transcends what they teach in government school, you know that it was when "leftism,” in name, was born. Those French revolutionaries were left-wing nuts who, like the Cambodian Khmer Rouge, aimed to restart history. They instituted a new calendar, beginning in 1792, that had 10-day weeks omitting the Lord’s Day. The explicit goal was to eliminate Christianity and, well, congrats, Gallic garçons, you’ve largely succeeded.
And now, since man’s faith-nature abhors a vacuum, you’re getting Islam—good and hard.
I mentioned virtues (good moral habits), and I would remind you that Kindness, Love and Charity are among them. But so are Faith, Wisdom, Diligence and, most importantly here, Courage. The modern West, however, is the land where "Can’t lives on Won’t Street.” It is the inheritor of the greatest civilization to grace God’s green Earth, and what did it do with this bequeathment? It squandered it!
With eyes increasingly blinded by sin and metaphorically fattened via excess, it traded Truth for tastes, principles for preferences and virtues for "values” that too often were vices. It forgot the Gods of the Copybook Headings and began worshiping multiculturalism, diversity and tabula rasa fantasies. Its people willingly though unknowingly became Eloi and then invited in millions of Morlock foreigners, deluding themselves with assimilation dogma. Oh, it’s not just failure to consider that not everyone is assimilable. They also never asked: What that is attractive would the aliens assimilate into?
Our "Pride” parade mentality and reality?
"Transitioning” children to opposite-sex simulacrums and initiating them into perversion?
The "If it feels good, do it” credo?
Moderns’ mushy-headed moral relativism, which really just boils down to moral nihilism?
A people so weak and woke (but I repeat myself) that they won’t even stand up for their formative faith, history and culture?
"Men”—and I use the term loosely—so pusillanimous that they’re dominated by their own women and won’t protect them from alien tribes’ predation?
Women so lacking in character that they dress like hookers and act like hellions?
"Adults” so childish they need "safe spaces” and comfort animals and can’t even discipline their own kids?
Our culture of death (as opposed to the Morlocks’ more masculine cult of death)?
Will the Morlocks say, "Oh, sahib, can I be part of your enlightened, ethereal brotherhood?”?
Heck, the Amish and Hasidim don’t assimilate into that; I don’t, either. Why would rough foreign men with their absolutism (the wrong kind) and merciless cults?
The irony here is that the clock is ticking on this civilizational orgy of idiotic iniquity. When Muslim Democrats took over Hamtramck, Michigan’s political offices a few years back—thus creating the first U.S. locality with an Islamic mayor and all-Islamic city council—one of their moves was to ban the "Pride” flag’s display on public property. The old-line, ousted-from-power Democrats were incredulous and beside themselves. "We did everything we could to make your transition here easier,” one of the officials said mournfully, "and this is how you repay us, by stabbing us in the back?”
Well, when you live in an inverted faux reality between your ears for years, actual reality is quite the kick in the teeth.
But when the Morlocks achieved enough power, gone would be those abortion "rights,” that sexual liberty license, and those multiculturalist and diversity fantasies. Wokeness would be put to sleep—permanently.
Something else the post-Christian West doesn’t grasp is that, with Christianity’s "What you do to the least of these …” injunction, its adherents will have compassion for the weak and offer them protection. The Morlocks, no matter their place of origin, hold the weak in utter contempt. To them weakness is a sin that invites domination.
If it’s not already obvious, I’m not just picking on poor self-flagellating France. News is that Britain’s left-wing Labour Party—which had imported massive numbers of third worlders into the U.K. to "rub the Right’s nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date”—has surged to its largest polling lead since 2024.
In a shocking upset, Brazil just re-elected (or did it?) once-criminally-convicted socialist president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
And here in the U.S., people may via midterm voting again empower our rapacious, megalomaniacal, economically illiterate and morally depraved homegrown aliens, the Democrats. After Biden administration depredations, this would be like the Titanic having backed up to hit the iceberg again.
But, "What, me worry?” say distracted Westerners. For sure, they all are busy. They have places to go, people to have sex with, and babies to kill.

Weakening of the Earth’s Magnetic Field, Ozone Destruction, increased Ultraviolet radiation, Ice Ages, & Human Evolution
Richard F. Cronin BChE, MBA, P.E..
33 years DuPont Chem Engrng. Consultant
Oct. 26, 2026
Over the last 20 years we’ve learned of some very interesting phenomena that drive weather and climate. The effects of "downwelling Infrared” from "greenhouse gases” is really quite trivial.
Ozone chemistry in the stratosphere is infinitely complex. Weakening of the magnetic field plus solar proton showers and Van Allen radiation produce NO, NO2, NOx & NOy in the Lower Ionosphere. These compounds destroy ozone and introduce greater Ultraviolet radiation, especially at the South Atlantic Magnetic Anomaly and across the Southern Hemisphere to warm the oceans.
The oceans contain 39,000 gigatons of dissolved CO2. The oceans have warmed over the last 200 years due to increased Ultraviolet radiation and CO2 degasses (exolves — Henry’s Law). This has been consistently demonstrated from ice cores taken both in Greenland and Antarctica. Throughout history the uptick in CO2 LAGGED the warming of the oceans —>> due to INCREASING ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION.
With the increase in CO2, warmth, and moisture the planet is GREENING UP. Plant life is thriving in sub Arctic regions and near desert regions plus global greening is slowing the warming (NASA).
What has come into awareness over the last 20 years or so is the 10% weakening of Earth’s magnetic field over the last 200 years. Thus, energetic solar proton showers penetrate into the lower ionosphere, driving ozone destruction and increased Ultraviolet radiation which warms the Southern Oceans to drive weather and CLIMATE CHANGE.
Ultraviolet radiation carries more than 40x the Energy carried by "downwelling Infrared” — the basis for the ineptly titled "greenhouse gas effect”.
Multiple publishings on the magnetic field effects. "The Hidden Link between Earth’s magnetic field and the Climate” was just published in 2020.
Note that the indigenous peoples of the Southern Hemisphere have darker skin due to greater Ultraviolet exposure. This is due to at least three (3) reasons:
• The summer months in the Southern Hemisphere are marked by the Winter Solstice (Dec. 21) as well as the Perihelion (Earth’s closest approach to the Sun, Jan. 4) and thus greater solar radiation, greater Ultraviolet and greater solar proton exposure. Solar radiation is as much as 7 to 10% greater for the Southern summer vs. Northern summer.
• 2/3rds of continental land is in the Northern Hemisphere so warm ocean currents (Gulf Stream, Japan Current) provide fog, mist, greater cloud cover, shading, and reflective albedo across the northern continents.
• The South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) is a decided weak point in Earth’s magnetic field. There is a "hole” in the magnetic field, thus there is a thinning of the ozone layer. The magnetic field over the SAA measures only 22 micro-Teslas. The SAA has grown approximately half the area of Europe since 2014.
The highest Ultraviolet Index levels observed have been in the Altiplano regions of northern Chile, Bolivia and Peru (Cuzco). Other regions —> Altacama Desert, Ethiopian/Tanzanian plateau, northern Australia, and Mexico City. The highest UV Index ever observed was on Dec. 29, 2003 (mid-summer) at the Licancabur volcano on the border of Chile and Bolivia. UV Indices across all islands of the Southern Oceans are elevated.
In essence, our planet has a split range HVAC system. We heat the mother-in-law apartment down in the basement but we run the cooling system for the upstairs bedrooms. Right there, the idea of taking a "global temperature” highly biased by more numerous observations in the Northern Hemisphere is a dubious fabrication.
42,000 years ago was the Laschamps Excursion, a collapse of the magnetic field, with tremendous climate impacts. The Earth was bathed in punishing Ultraviolet radiation. Eurasians hid in caves, hunted and fished exclusively at night and evolved with paler skin to produce Vitamin D more efficiently. Other lesser magnetic anomalies included the Gothenburg excursion when the Earth swung rapidly between Ice Ages and warm Interglacials. We emerged out of the last major glaciation approx. 11,700 years ago.
My own paper is attached at the end of the links. I am not alone. The book: "The Hidden Link Between Earth’s Magnetic Field and Climate” is particularly relevant.
There are multiple, multiple peer-reviewed references.

No, Tariffs are Not the Problem in the Economy Newsmax
Timothy Birdnow
It has NOTHING TO DO WITH TARIFFS, you dimwit!
The unforced error of Trump’s tariff craze threatens GOP’s hopes to maintain their authority after the 2026 midterms
Trump's economic woes stem from fuel prices thanks to the war in Iran, continued high prices from the prior Biden inflation (we did not have DEFLATION), and that is pretty much that. The tariffs had nothing to do with any price woes. Oh, and the Federal Reserve refuses to drop interest rates, which would trigger economic growth, out of the Keynsian fear the economy will "overheat".
Author Charles Talarico, er, Gasparino is dumping this on tariffs which have brought a LOT of money into the treasury and helped force multiple foreign countries to cut more favorable deals with us.
This is just one more internationalist nitwit bemoaning the end of "free trade" which was free for everyone but the U.S.
And the American economy keeps getting better. GDP way up. Unemployment is down. All the numbers are moving in the right direction, including inflation which is as good as it ever was under Ronald Reagan, which was 4.68%.
Inflation under Carter averaged 9.85%, a little over eight for Ford, 4.95% under Biden (but the last two years were way higher), 4.81% under Bush Sr.
It was 2.46% under Trump's first administration, even with the Covid Pandemic jacking up prices. Clinton was 2.61% and the media told us how great the economy was booming.
So there is nothing unusual about the current inflation RATE. What we are hearing everyone bitch about is the price of homes and the cost of fuel. Homes tied in with the enormous influx of aliens under Biden, fuel ties in with two major wars fought in oil producing regions. None of it has anything to do with tariffs.
Gasparino goes on to regale us with tales of business owners he knows, with heresay evidence. But inflation is mainly a monetary problem and the Fed had expanded the money supply and we won't have deflation if we don't reduce the money supply and THAT has nothing to do with the President of the United States.
Tariffs do not cause inflation, nor do they cause economic slowdowns. The early '20's saw a sharp increase in tariffs and a reduction in the income tax and that unleashed the Roaring '20's, not the other way around. Those tariffs were actually put in place during a nasty recession. History shows tariffs have little to do with the economy one way or another. ONLY Smoot-Hawley which was scapegoated by the political class to end most tariffs and impose a heavy, progressive income tax, just like what Marx wanted. The income tax was only on the very top of all people prior to the Depression.
He points out inflation is currently 3.7% but wages are rising 3.6%. That will change soon enough; mostly it's the wars and the fact we are still trying to get rid of all the illegal aliens who came in and stole jobs and work for slave wages. But it won't last as the President is on the right track. But so what? Who established this target? It is completely arbitrary.
Yes, it means buying power is a little reduced but how is that the fault of tariffs? He never explains that - he just takes it on faith.
The fact is we are opening all sorts of new markets right now, and we're getting better deals on goods than we had been from our old "friends" like Canada.
Canada and Mexico did not "grow the U.S. economy through trade" but rather they scavenged off our economy. Much of our manufacturing went to Mexico. And Canada had high tariffs on our goods, meaning THEY were having a big party at our expense.
Tala, er, Gasparino just wrote something that sounds good, has lots of shibboleths, but in the end it's Pepsi Free, zero calories of substance. He cannot back up anything he's saying.

I would hazard the guess that the real problem is not the tariffs but rather the public's perception that it's the tariffs. The donkey party is yelling their heads off about tariffs and how they are supposedly making everything unaffordable even though they're not, and "a lie told often enough becomes the truth."

Sadly you are probably right Dana. People were told that lie often enough now many believe it..
The Progressives wanted a heavy income tax to control people and their behavior. They've long hated tariffs, which are a taxation allowed by the original Constitution precisely because it was NOT a direct tax on the public and that's the way the Founders wanted it. It was part of the Federalist system the Founders put in place, ergo it had to die.

Dems Kick Stevens Out of Party, Carville Calls Her a Used Condom
Timothy Birdnow
The head of the Michigan Democratic Party has booted Rep. Haley Stevens after she pulled her endorsement from El Sayad and gave it to Republican Mike Rogers after Sayed refused to condemn an anti-semitic ad run in his favor.
Curtis Hertel
@CurtisHertelJr
Congresswoman Stevens is not a current member of the Michigan Democratic Party, nor will she be in the future.
So Merel has no room in his DSA Party for rational Jewish politicians
But there's more:
@CraigDMauger
·
Follow
Rep. Haley Stevens has lost access to VAN, Michigan Democrats' voter database, sources tell The Detroit News.
Her photo has also been removed from the party's website.
And the Ragin' Cajun had to spout off on this matter, despite his characterizing Social Democrats and not Democrats:
Carville called her a used condom (and he should know; his whole head looks like something long inserted into one:
Carville was once regarded as one of the sharpest political minds in Democrat politics. He has spent the last several years proving he doesn't deserve that reputation anymore. In a video posted Sunday, he went after Stevens with a level of crudeness that would embarrass a barroom drunk.
"Your political career is over," Carville said. "If you think that these Republicans are going to treat you as anything other than what they view you as – and that is, let me just break the news to you – a used condom."
He kept going from there.
"The Democrats don't even think you're worth a used condom, but that's about where you are," he continued. "You made your bed, sleep in it."
Carville then dragged Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) into the tirade. Fetterman, of course, is a favorite target of the far left because he only votes with the Democrats 95% of the time and has split with his party on just a few select issues, particularly the rise of socialism in the party.
I never thought Carville was that astute - he was mostly just crazy and entertaining. Yes, he did a good job with Bill Clinton, but mch of that was Clinton himself and not Carville, the old serpent-headed cue-ball.
Carville looks really bad these days too and I suspect he has AIDS.
Maybe, given how nutty he has gotten, he has neuro-syphilis? His brain seems to be turned to gumbo.
Anyway I assume he's still married; old Mary needs to take the old goat to the woodshed (or do something he won't like - I can see him being into that).
The Democrats are a party that insists on discipline and if you are a "maverick" they kick you out. It's how they roll.

I'm glad to see Ms. Stevens doing this. It shows she has character. She's engaged to a Jewish man and says she may convert to Judaism in the future herself. Blessings on both of them!
As far as the Democrats and their functionaries, the whole lot of 'em don't have one ounce of character among them.

Agreed. I saw a comment by a Democrat saying anyone remotely associated with AIPAC should be kicked out of the party. Due to her association with Jewish folks she was a prime candidate for such. Yes, she has character even if her brain is not that good (she IS a Democrat after all).

Deep State Judge Dismisses Charges Against Corrupt FBI Agents
Timothy Birdnow
Another day, another Democrat-appointed judge protects the deep state.
This judge - Zia Faruqui - ruled the prosecution of Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides Is "weaponization" because they told Congress they knew nothing about the Hunter Biden and were caught red-handed with text messages proving this was a lie, so naturally that means the Trump DOJ weaponized the law. I mean, after all, going after a MAGA guy is fair game but FBI agents?
The uh, judge, said it was suspicious that the investigation was opened a day after Trump complained about being cheated out of the election of 2020 as if Trump couldn't be legitimately aggrieved and these FBI dirtbags guilty. I guess every Mafia agent who ever was charged had their civil rights violated because some aggrieved party made a complaint against them.
The Deep State protects it's own.
Notice how many Biden and Obama appointees have foreign sounding names. Few are named Jones or Johnson or Adams.

Melania to the Rescue
Timothy Birdnow
The U.N. and the Pope couldn't do it but Melanie could!
According to the Kiev Independent:
"Despite efforts by the United Nations, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and even Pope Leo XIV, a ceasefire agreement has only come about since the intervention of Melania Trump.”
Melania helped get people out of the war zone and saved countless lives. But will that get her any respect from the media? We all know the answer to THAT!

I didn't get comment because it didn't deserve comment. It was one small village in a nation at war. What made that small village special? It's like stopping one drop in a rainstorm and getting as excited as if you'd altered the weather. Symbolism. We live on symbolism today.

Perhaps Bill but in the end Melania, who basically has nothing to do with such matters, made a difference in that small village.

More on the Euroweenie Coup Attempt in Poland
Timothy Birdnow
Turns out the President of Poland was denied permission to land when he returned to deal with the coup, but his pilots ignored the orders of air traffic control and landed anyway.
Needless to say the mainstream media refuses to report on any of this. The article quotes a Brit who complains the BBC has simply ignored this story.
Why? Because this is the internationalists showing their true colors and the Media is goosestepping in lockstep with the tyrants.
Tusk needs to be arrested for this coup attempt, as does that puta Anna Korwin-Piotrowska who declared herself the senior member of the Court and suspended her bosses, for treason.
I would add when President Karol Nawrock apparently had to fight his way into the building to stop the coup.
This is what the Democrats want to do here. Be warned.

Erasing Trump, Erasing America
Timothy Birdnow
They do not want anything to be left of Trump, not one single thing.
This is the very definition of a frivolous lawsuit. It's sole reason is to make sure Trump leaves no mark on America.
This should be dismissed with summary judgement for the President.
The lawyers in the case say it will "cause irreparable harm". Good God; that is the ultimate in hyperbolic nonsense.
Monuments are important and the Left understands that (as do the Muslims). That is why they have demanded ridding the country of statues to Confederates or to Washington or Jefferson. Trump trying to build a monument is simply unacceptable because it honors America - something they can't stomach - and it will be remembered that Trump did it. They want Trump to be forgotten, erased, disappeared.
When Muslims take over a country they usually start by destroying monuments and other historical markers; they want history to start with Islam. The Left, long infatuated with Islam, uses the same tactics.
This lawsuit is a disgrace and should not be permitted to go forward. But of course it will.

Boasberg II, the Revenge of the Twit
Timothy Birdnow
Why James Boasberg keeps ending up with cases involving President Trump.
Spoiler alert - he appointed the judges who assign the cases.
Currently Bozoberg is overseeing not just the Ilhan Omar lawsuit demanding the release of the warrant to raid her home but also a California lawsuit over voter rolls
"Judge Boasberg is the poster child for a rogue judge and exposed serious loopholes in our judicial system. Randomly assigning cases among judges ensures the American people can have confidence in the impartiality of our courts,"
Mo. Senator Eric Schmidt, who is sponsoring a bill called the Boasberg bill, to make assignment of cases truly random.
end
James Boasberg is a complete dirtbag and political hack who uses his office to promote Democratic causes and not the Law.

Stealin' When they Shoulda Been Buyin'
Timothy Birdnow
FTA:
We’re seeing this now play out in California and Washington where secretaries of state insist that there are no non-citizens registered to vote, then admit that they have no ability to check the citizenship of whoever is voting, but insist that there’s no reason to believe that there are non-citizens voting because it’s illegal for non-citizens to vote… and so they don’t have to worry about non-citizens voting.
However, according to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, there are some 300,000 possible non-citizens who have been flagged on voting rolls.
Rather than straight up denying it, states like Washington and California have taken to slow walking the review of the names, arguing that they have no ability to check citizenship (because again, they choose not to have any ability to check citizenship and refuse to use the SAVE system) and pointing out that some percentage of the flagged names were born in the United States or aren’t on current voting rolls. This is as good as an admission that a bunch of the flagged names are non-citizens who are on voting rolls and they don’t want to remove them.
How big is the problem? I’m going to guess that 300,000 is only the tip of the iceberg. If you doubt that, consider the high standards over in Washington.
The very fact that these states are not cooperating with investigations proves they are guilty, guilty, guilty! If their voter rolls were clean they would be eager to prove the fact. The way they twist and squirm and obfuscate is all the proof we need that they are lying.
We live in a democratic republic. The vote is the very bedrock of our system (and sadly it is TOO democratic; the Founders only allowed the vote for the House of Representatives but we, in our infinite wisdom, extended it to the Senate) and vote fraud should be viewed as a very serious crime; it strikes at the heart of our system of governance. Yet the Democratic Party has a long and proud tradition of fraud. The phrase "vote early, vote often" goes way back.
If you really are interested in the preservation of democracy you would welcome investigations into possible vote fraud. If you have something to hide you would not.
Sadly the American People are so jaded that they do not care all that much about fraud. They see it as just the way things are done.
A democratic system that allows vote fraud will soon deteriorate into a tyranny. It's inevitable.

Pope Leo the Chicken Hearted
Timothy Birdnow
"There is no such thing as a holy war: only peace is holy. War can never be waged in the name of God.”
Pope Leo at th 40th anniversary of the Word Day of Prayer for Peace
All I have to say is "Dufus!"
Was it not a holy war when the United States went to war against Nazi Germany? God Himself sent us into that war. It was not just a war for commerce or prestige. So too were many other wars we've fought over the years - Korea, Vietnam, the Spanish-American war, Iraq, and now Iran. In all of those cases we thought we were protecting the innocent (in the Spanish-American war not so much but most people thought so). There most definitely are wars waged to protect people or do other things that God Himself has desired.
The Bible - a book that this Pope apparently hasn't read - is chock full of wars waged on God's command. In fact He ordered the genocide of the Amalekites and stripped Saul of his kingship for NOT wiping them out.
Peace at any price is not Biblical and it is not from God.
God does want peace, but He wants it on HIS terms. Evil must be fought.
Pope Leo shows himself to be just another liberal in funny clothes. I've warned about this since he was elevated; he was hand-picked by Pope Francis the Apostate and he has not disappointed to disappoint.

For the record I disagree with Feldman; this will change nothing. The E.U. will continue to pursue it's anti-nationalist program and imposing it's tyrannical views on member states.
But they lost this round, thanks to the strength and courage of Poland's President. The problem with the Left is they never give up - they just regroup and try, try again.

Judges Be Crazy
Timothy Birdnow
Judges be crazy.
I am reminded of the judge in And Justice for All who takes Al Pacino out in his helicopter then plans it so he will run out of fuel early. He is suicidal and eats his lunch out of the ledge of the court building, a lethal drop under him. Sounds lie this judge is worse off.
U.S. District Judge Ada Brown of Texas is part black and part Indian and she went on a wild racist rant against an Hispanic attorney whom she accused of as acting as "a white savior".
I doubt this chick is crazy at all; merely has let her true feelings bleed through.
Black judges have a long history of being excused when they make racist comments or otherwise say bad stuff. Ronnie White, whom Barack appointed to the Federal Bench, had originally been blue slipped by then Senator John Ashcroft. What the media refused to report was that White - who is black - often berated white people in his court. And he even called a plaintiff in a case he was adjudicating a "mother effer" in the actual opinion. But White was black and so he had lots of defenders. He was blocked from going on the Federal bench at the time when Clinton appointed him but Obama brought him back and no Republican had the courage to stand up to Bambam, so White became a Federal judge. I gather he is retired now though.
Anyway this women seems to have a screw or two loose. Those are things you think but don't say. This proves she does not have the temperament to be a judge and should be removed from the bench.
Ezra Young, the attorney, filed a complaint with the Fifth Circuit, who suspended the kooky judge temporarily and is making her go for a psychiatric evaluation.
The article states:
The comments occurred during a show-case hearing, in which Young was facing sanctions over allegations from Brown that he shared sealed court filings online. Young was representing a black law professor who sued Southern Methodist University, alleging she was denied tenure because of discrimination.
"You’re the white savior, come to save all the stupid black lawyers in Texas who need your help from New York," Brown said. "I think what’s happening here, quite candidly, is you are very intimidated for some reason, Mr. Young, with black excellence, in light of your white mediocrity. Yeah. Right? You should write that down ... you look like a white man, right?
"Black excellence"? Black people underperform by all scholastic metrics so I am not sure what she is talking about Asians perform best, followed by whites (the majority) and then Hispanics. Yes, there are plenty of very bright, talented black folks, but if we are going to talk about race this way (and she started it) then let's be honest; black folks by and large don't put a lot of stock in excellence. Test scores prove it. If you want to say "white mediocrity" I would be careful were I she since whites outperform blacks on most tests and in the workplace.
Judge Brown denies having a mental condition. She went running to the supervising judge for help (and no doubt they cooked this up to avoid her being fired for cause). She calls it candor, I call it slander. She is a racist, that much is obvious. A white judge would be disbarred for saying something like that. But she gets special treatment because she's black. I've long called it what it is Black Supremacy. Black people can get away with murder if their skin tone is right - just look at O.J. Simpson (jurors admitted they wanted to send a message to white people.)
You can't remove a judge except in unusual circumstances. In And Justice for All the crazy suicidal judge never did get removed; they said his mental problems didn't impact his work. That is exactly what will happen with this, mark my words.
How did this gal ever pass out of committee?
We have GOT to find a way to remove low-lifes like Judge Brown.

Money for Nothing: How More Money for Schools is Just a Waste
Timothy Birdnow
More money
will not fix schools. We all knew that but new research proves it. All more money does is hire more administrators who live off the fat of the land while the kids remain pig-ignorant.

Leftist Coup in Poland
Timothy Birdnow
Poland is
in chaos as the Prime Minister and President vie for power.
Turns out Russia wasn't the problem for Poland, their own political class was.
FTA:
Warsaw [Poland], October 31 (ANI): Poland has plunged into a severe constitutional and political crisis following an intense escalation of the ongoing power struggle between Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President Karol Nawrocki, after heavily armed police units cordoned off the headquarters of the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw on Friday night.
Police cordoned off the building holding the Constitutional Tribunal, the President's branch of government.
The article continues:
The crisis intensified rapidly after Korwin-Piotrowska issued a one-month suspension against Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and his deputy, Bartłomiej Sochański, thereby temporarily assuming control of the institution.
Prime Minister Tusk is a pro-E.U. leftist and President Święczkowski, the Law and Justice Party head, is a Conservative Make Poland Great Again guy. Tusk got a pet judge to suspend Święczkowski for a month (and you know once he's out he will never be allowed back in) over policy differences revolving around control of the judiciary. (Does any of this sound familiar? President Trump has had similar problems, but more importantly we have just seen this in Brazil.)
The Constitutional Tribunal is a kind of Supreme Court whose purpose is to resolve Constitutional issues. If you wanted to seize control of Poland you would first try to get this Tribunal out of the way. That's just what the internationalist Donald Tusk has done with this move. He's seized control of the Tribunal.
This clearly is an attempted coup. And it was classic color revolution; a bunch of ginned up protests outside of the building leads the tender-hearted Tusk to cordon the building off "for the protection of the Tribunes" who are now under the thumb of the wannnabe tyrant.
This is a dispute going back to 2015. Now Tusk is trying to end it once and for all.
In 2015 the conservative United Right came to power, defeating the globalist government of Bronisław Komorowski . Komorowski, in one of his final acts, used a new law to appoint 5 new judges, and there were multiple irregularities in how this was done. The incoming President Andrzej Duda refused to swear these jokers in, citing the irregularities.
The end result was a standing battle as the Executive and the Court. The Constitutional court ruled the hastily passed law allowing the liberal to appoint judges unconstitutional. The Leftists refused to accept this ruling.
The Sejm (parliament) passed a new law that demanded that a vote had to be held in plenary session and that 13 judges must be present. New judges would require a 2/3 majority vote. The Constitutional Court ruled this law unconstitutional. The Executive claimed this ruling was null because they did not use the required 13 judge majority put in place by the law the Court ruled illegal.
The government repealed the 2015 act.
In 2023 the United Right lost power but the Constitutional Court was still full of their appointees.
The new government wanted to remove at least three of the judges on the Tribunal, claiming they were not qualified. They also deemed the compromise legislation on the Tribunal was unconstitutional, usurping the role of the Tribunal.
You see where this is going; this is no different than the Democrats talk of packing the Supreme Court. If they try to do that we could have the same Constitutional crisis as Poland is now undergoing.
This year President Karol Nawrocki refused to swear in five of the eight judges appointed by the Sejm. President of the Tribunal Święczkowski refused to seat them if they were not sworn in, and thus the current crisis. One in particular, Micaciej Berek was Tusks "right hand man". The court refused to seat him.
Nawrocki demanded Berek prove he was qualified, including ten years of legal experience, which the law requires.
The eight nominees eventually took an oath before the Sejm, and said that qualified them for a seat on the court.
Near the end of October a poll conducted by IBRiS for Rzeczpospolita found that 32.7% of respondents believed that neither president Nawrocki nor prime minister Tusk are right in the Constitutional Tribunal dispute; 32% of the respondents sided with the president, while 27.8% sided with the prime minister.
What does that tell us? It tells us this is a power grab by the leftists to seize control of the court. The public vote is close but sides with the outgoing President over the leftist Prime Minister.
Yesterday judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska ordered the suspension of the chief judge on the court and his associate and is opening a criminal investigation. She has no authority to do this but did it anyway. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska is in deep with Tusk.
So the government dispatched riot police because of "incidents" (right) and essentially the Court is under siege by paramilitary thugs. It's a classic coup, no question.
This is 0what they will do to us if they win Congress. Poland should be a cautionary tale. The Polish People have forgotten how bad Communism is and how they fought to free themselves from it. Now they are jumping on board the crazy train once again. But remember, the country was under the thumb of Communists for many decades and the people who had been in power didn't just go away. They lurked in the shadows. Now they are emerging and showing their Bolshevism. This should concern all of us.
If Poland falls the rest of Europe probably will too in short order. And the Left in America will try to pull this same dirty trick. Be warned.

The Devil Went Up to Michigan
Timothy Birdnow
FTA:
What you need to know:
Hidden camera video captured Sen. Elissa Slotkin describing Democrats’ planned "signature cases” against the Trump administration and its allies.
Slotkin said every committee would pursue selected cases intended to hold people accountable beginning in January.
Her examples included the White House ballroom project, the National Mall reflecting pool renovation, and $200 million connected to the War Department.
Slotkin also discussed Hungary, Viktor Orbán, and her public accusations that Trump administration projects and spending constitute corruption.
Bear in mind it was Slotkin who threatened any young people who want to work for Trump, saying they would be destroyed career-wise, blacklisted, and possibly thrown in jail. She's as nasty and mean as they come.
Democrats do not govern, the campaign. It's in their blood to destroy political opponents and to cheat and to swindle. They prefer to clear the field of opposition rather than win based on superior ideas. Elissa Slotkin is a prime example of that.
The Democrats are not just wrong, they are evil. Evil cannot be compromised with it must be fought. I hope and pray the GOP learns from Trump who confronts the Democrats on their home turf and wins, not because he's personally more powerful but because he need but actually confront them with the Truth. Satan, their father, hates the Truth. The children fold when facing it, or attempt a backdoor attack, but they dare not answer the Truth because it is not in them.

The Stench of Evil
Timothy Birdnow
This is just vile.
The Left has gone full Bolshevik. Have they no shame? Have they no decency? Have they no human sympathy at all?
You know the answer. They are like poisonous snakes, and we don't allow poisonous snakes anywhere near ourselves or our children. Leftists need to be treated as what they are. There should be no quarter on them politically; we need to expose and humiliate them at every opportunity.
I am mindful of Pandora and her box. Like Pandora we have opened the box and now all the evils of the world have flooded forth.

Judges Gone Wild
Timothy Birdnow
In yet another episode of Judges Gone Wild we have a scumbag judge named Jennifer L. Rochon, a Biden appointee, ordering Trump to take down three political adds because, well, they were effective.
The Gateway Pundit article dishes:
U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon, a Joe Biden appointee in the Southern District of New York, sided Friday with a coalition led by the left-wing "nonpartisan” group Common Cause, Courthouse News Service reported.
She ordered the government to take down the ads titled "$5,000 to Americans,” "Every Democrat Voted Against No Tax on Tips,” and "Cost of Socialism” from official government websites and social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, and others).
She also ordered the cancellation of any plans to distribute the ads through third parties, including President Trump’s super PAC, MAGA Inc.
The order expands a temporary restraining order Rochon issued two weeks earlier that already blocked a series of television ads paid for with Department of Homeland Security funds.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, that earlier ruling came after progressive groups sued over ads the administration described as educational and unapologetically patriotic public service announcements reminding Americans why the country is worth defending.
In the "$5,000 to Americans” ad, Trump speaks from the Oval Office: "If the Democrats win, you will have an economic depression. If the Republicans win, you will each have $5,000 in your pocket.”
Now, she can perhaps order DHS to not spend taxpayer dollars on this (although I think she's on thin ice with that) but she can in no way issue an order banning third parties from running these adds. There is only one reason for her to issue her order that way.
She just fear having this ad out.
I would point out Obama ran ads like this all the time when he was pushing Obamacare and telling America how great a deal it was - and right up to election time.
This chick once clerked for Trump's dead sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, also a judge.
While there were 13 ads being contested and only three were removed, still President Trump offered to pay for them out of his own pocket and this puta still banned them. How can any judge possibly do that, given we have the First Amendment in this country and that extends to the Executive Branch of government? Why the Democrats were so mad is that this is like something they would do, use taxpayer dollars to promote themselves. They don't like it so much when it happens to them. (Which makes us wonder why the GOP never sued when they did it.)
Trump will probably win on appeal but of course it is too late, which is why they waited so long to hear this case and issue a ruling.
I swear, the judiciary is full of women who are acting more like drunk co-eds in Cancun on spring break than serious jurists. Most of them were appointed by Joe Biden, too.
This ruling is the equivalent of a drunk college girl flashing the camera for beads or whatever they do on spring break these days. I'm surprised she didn't write "I am so wasted" in her opinion.
Anyway Trump will probably win on appeal but why bother? Actually we need a ruling on this from SCOTUS so they don't try to do it again, but of course they will; it's never been about justice or what is fair and always been just to gain a yard or two in the field of the election. Democrats are absolutely shameless.
